Terms of Sale for Hedon Online Reservations
1. General Conditions
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale apply to the person (from now on referred to as the customer) and Supeluse Hotell OÜ (from now on referred to as Hedon), the owner of the Hedon online reservations environment, located at Ranna pst. 1, Pärnu 80010, registry code 12457242. These terms govern the legal relationships when purchasing services and goods through the Hedon online reservations environment.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from purchasing services or goods through the Hedon online reservations environment are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Transactions are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent. The person whose bank account or credit card is used for payment is responsible for any consequences arising from orders placed by individuals not meeting this requirement.
2. Price Information and Payment Terms
2.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT as established in the Republic of Estonia. Prices displayed in other currencies within the booking environment are for reference purposes only.
2.2. Please review the selected price information carefully. Advance payment is mandatory for all orders. To proceed with your order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and complete the required data fields. The total amount due will then be displayed on the screen, and you can securely complete the payment through the provided payment environment.
NB! When using a bank link for payment, please click the “Back to the merchant” button on the bank’s page to finalize the transaction.
2.3. The customer pays the entire sales price for the order in advance. By completing the payment, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted all terms and conditions provided by the service provider in the Hedon online reservations environment. Payments are processed securely outside the Hedon booking environment through a secure payment gateway. Hedon does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
3. Order, Order Cancellation, and Refunds
3.1. To place an order, please provide the information in the Hedon reservations environment. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of the order confirmation.
3.2. Spa reservations can be canceled up to 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled appointment. To cancel your reservation, please contact us at spa@hedonspa.com. For spa reservations canceled within the specified timeframe, Hedon reserves the right to withhold 10% of the prepaid amount as a service fee. In cases of later cancellation or failure to arrive for the service, Hedon reserves the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
3.3. For special events and restaurant reservations, or in cases of non-arrival for the service, Hedon reserves the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
3.4. To change your booking, please place a new order and cancel the previous one. Note that prices and availability may have changed when making a new reservation.
3.5. If Hedon has incurred any specific costs related to your reservation, these must be reimbursed.
3.6. If the customer cancels the booking within the specified time frame, Hedon will refund the amount promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from receiving the cancellation request via email at spa@hedonspa.com. Refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the original purchase.
4. Processing of Customers’ Data
4.1. Hedon processes the personal data provided by the customer in the reservations environment for spa services (including name, phone number, address, email address, and phone) primarily to fulfill the order and following Hedon’s privacy policy.
5. Other
5.1. Disputes between the customer and Hedon are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the customer retains the right to seek assistance from the Consumer Protection Board to protect their rights. Disputes and matters not addressed in these terms and conditions are resolved according to the prevailing legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
